9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okwbet's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okwbet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your okwbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may be subject to forfeiture of bonus funds upon voluntary closure.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations. okwbet will return any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) after deducting any amounts owed. Terminated accounts may not be reopened except at okwbet's sole discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law
